Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of johnsonspinalcare.com. They do not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices governing your protected health information, or any treatment or financial agreement you sign at one of our clinics.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using johnsonspinalcare.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Not Medical Advice
The content on this Site — including articles about NUCCA care, migraines, vertigo, neck pain, TMJ and sciatica — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider who has examined you.
Individual results from upper cervical chiropractic care vary. Nothing on this Site is a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
4. Appointment Requests
Submitting a form on this Site is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is scheduled only once our team contacts you and confirms a date and time. We cannot guarantee availability at any particular clinic or with any particular doctor.
We are not legally permitted to discount care for anyone enrolled in government-funded programs such as Medicare Part B.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, illustrations, design, and code — is the property of Johnson Spinal Care or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including our online booking provider (Jane), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and embedded YouTube video. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
7. Communications and SMS Consent
By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Johnson Spinal Care about appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, and you can get help by replying HELP or calling (952) 432-3333. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by Minnesota law, Johnson Spinal Care disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Johnson Spinal Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including (but not limited to) lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation applies to your use of the website and does not limit any rights you may have relating to clinical care.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
